What we cut
- Flat blanks and panels for display fixtures, shelves and signage
- Holes, slots and tabs that line up cleanly for bending and assembly
- Cut-out logos, lettering and patterns for branded displays
- Brackets, gussets and mounting plates for contractors and OEMs
From your file to a finished part
Send a DXF and we can usually program straight from it. If all you have is a PDF, a sketch or a sample part, we’ll draw it up first and confirm the details with you before cutting.
Cut parts go straight to our press brakes and welding stations. A complete fixture can be cut, bent, welded and assembled without being passed between suppliers — fewer hand-offs, fewer delays, one point of contact.
Common questions
Can you cut from a PDF or a sketch?
Yes. A DXF is fastest, but we can work from a PDF, a hand sketch, a photo or a sample part — we draw it up and confirm the details with you before anything is cut.
Do you laser cut small quantities?
Yes. We cut one-off prototypes as well as full production runs, and prototypes are usually ready in about a week.
Can laser-cut parts be powder coated?
Yes. We arrange powder coating through our finishing partners, so you receive finished parts on one order.
