The brief
The customer sent us a complete set of drawings for a countertop display holder in two sizes and needed 50 units built to them. Each holder has a back panel with cut-out openings, an angled tray at the front and a slot in the base. Every unit had to match, so the fixtures would look the same from store to store.
How we built it
Before cutting any metal, we reviewed the drawings and made the changes needed to manufacture them cleanly, so the parts would cut, bend and fit together the same way every time. The back panels and trays were then laser cut from mild steel sheet, formed on our press brakes and assembled in our shop. Finishing was arranged through our finishing partners, so the customer received completed holders on a single order.
The result
All 50 holders were delivered finished, in both sizes, consistent from the first unit to the last. The customer kept their design and their client relationship — we handled everything between the drawing and the finished part.
