What we bend
- Shelves, trays and lips for display fixtures
- Channels, angles and multi-bend profiles
- Enclosures, covers and guards
- Brackets, panels and mounting hardware
The right brake for the part
Our bending floor runs several press brakes — including HACO, FabMaster and Allsteel machines — so each part goes to the brake and tooling that suit it, and long runs don’t hold up short ones.
Bend order and bend relief decide whether a part forms cleanly. If something in a drawing will be hard to bend, we’ll flag it when we quote and suggest a change that keeps the look and saves cost.

Common questions
What thickness can you bend?
We mainly work in 11 to 22 gauge mild steel (about 0.8 to 3 mm). Other gauges can be arranged depending on the job — ask when you send your drawing.
How long does a bent prototype take?
Usually about a week. Production timing depends on quantity and is confirmed in your quote.
Can you cut the blanks too?
Yes. We laser cut in-house, so the blank, the bends and any welding are done in one shop.
